Alisha joined Alliance Building Services in 2019 as an HR Recruiter, bringing extensive experience in sales, customer service, and administrative roles. Trained and mentored by our Director of HRPB, Alisha is a full-cycle, high-volume recruiter for Alliance Building Services and Facilities Partners. Alisha is consummate talent professional with a proven ability to creatively source high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media, cold calling, and employee referrals. Her strong people skills and demonstrated ability to synthesize information quickly and efficiently facilitates our goal to attract, hire and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
