Jaime Klotz

Supporting our operations, our clients, and our engineers alike, Jamie brings over seven years of combined experience in commercial property management, engineering operations, and sustainability services. As sole assistant to the Market Leader of one of the largest commercial property management firms in the Pacific Northwest, Jamie directly assisted in the management of over 2M SF of commercial, retail, and office space for Kidder Mathews. Transitioning to Kidder Mathews’ in-house engineering department in 2019, Jamie led a team of eight engineers and supported a total of 76 engineers company wide as rapid growth occurred, expanding market share across Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, and Arizona.

As a LEED® Green Associate, Jamie has a current and thorough understanding of the built environment, and a documented, up-to-date understanding of the most current green building principles and practices. She brings added value with extensive experience in energy benchmarking, building tune-ups, reporting and compliance across Pacific Northwest municipalities. Her LEED® Green Associate credential gives her the ability to streamline LEED Certification, improve performance, and achieve goals while lowering first and lifecycle costs.
